Nutrition Research Study

In this study, we are investigating the effect of controlled diets in healthy adults. We have fully enrolled our current group but will be looking at more groups soon, so you may still sign up to hear from us when they begin.
All study participants will receive reimbursement upon completion of all visits

Study Requirements

What's involved in participating

Study Schedule

There will be 4 visits to our downtown Chicago clinic, along with 1 phone call visit, over 3 weeks.

Diet Plan

You will be given a diet plan for 5 days for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Your meals will consist of meals, shakes & snacks.

Samples

You will be required to provide blood samples at each of the clinic visits
