Our Recruitment Process

01.

Online Eligibility Application

Visit our study pages to fill out the eligibility form. This process assesses whether you meet specific participation criteria & only takes a few minutes. Upon submission, if you qualify, our recruitment team will then reach out for a screening phone call.

Eligibility Phone Screening

We'll contact you to discuss the study in more detail, and ask more detailed questions to determine if you are suitable to take part. Remember, eligibility requirements vary for each study. If you don't meet the criteria for one study, you may be a fit for another.

Screening Visit

You'll visit one of our clinics for your screening visit to fully confirm your eligibility. You'll receive an Informed Consent Form which contains detailed information about the study. You can ask questions and decide if you want to participate. This visit can involve assessments such as BMI, blood pressure, etc

Enrollment

Once eligibility is confirmed, you will beenrolled in the study.Depending on the study type, you may be randomlyassigned to the study product being investigated or placebo group (a non-activeversion of the product).

Follow-Up Visits

You'll attend scheduled visits for the study.Samples may be required at these visits, such as stool, saliva, and/or blood.You will always be informed of this in the informed consent and throughout thestudy by our Team.

Study Completion

After completing the required visits andassessments you will receive compensation for your time and your involvement inthe study will conclude.
